Hey, So I just did a clean install of XP on my system and I’ve been having some very difficult problems setting it up. In the device manager screen, the PCI bus device is missing it has a yellow error signal on it , but if I try to update driver from the CD, it has no effect. Just saw it was the ethernet drivers. On this motherboard sockets 1 and 3 are blue and 2 and 4 are black, so to enable dual channel feature just install your memory modules on sockets with the same color.

Abit IP35 Pro not recognizing USB or ethernet ports, drivers issue?
This board did not come with a driver disk so I am stuck. For the best viewing experience please update your browser to Google Chrome. I downloaded all these drivers to my laptop which took ages whichever mirror I used, your download speeds are terribly slow.
I looked around for the disc that came with it, but couldn’t find it, so I went to the Abit lp35 for help.
Another difference between P35 and P is the south bridge chip. Here’s what you’re looking for: Um, does anyone at least know a test I could run to find out whether this is a software or hardware issue?

The issue is that even after installing the Intel chipset drivers from the CD, the computer doesn’t seem to recognize either the USB drivers or the Ethernet cable that is plugged into it. This motherboard has 12 USB 2. As you can see from this list, there’s no other drivers relating to network so I’m a bit stuck! Code Geass is offline. Sorry for the double post, but I am just gonna disable onboard ethernet and go PCI.

I’m sure I didn’t have this problem before! For which OS and which drivers? Where can I get the correct drivers for my motherboard please if they are not available on your website?
